Please read our terms and conditions prior to making a booking, attending a consultation or undergoing treatment.
TREATMENTS
During consultation and before proceeding with any treatment, we will discuss whether Musculoskeletal healthcare is the right course of treatment for you. It is essential you share your medical history with us so we can best advise how to proceed and make recommendations for your well-being and pain management.
During treatment:
If you experience pain during your session, you must notify your practitioner immediately in order for them to make appropriate adjustments for your comfort level.
YOUR APPOINTMENT
Here are some useful things to note before attending your appointment:

Comfortable, loose fitting clothing such as gym clothes are most suitable.
Please do not attend your session in tight uncomfortable clothing, suits or clothing that may restrict your movement.

Our state of the art treatment rooms and facilities also have showers and changing rooms. Please leave enough time prior to your treatment if you need to use them.

Sessions may be extended subject to availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
All YB Osteopathy practitioners maintain the highest professional standards and due to the nature of their services will be required to come into close contact. In light of this, we respectfully requested that patients/clients share any concerns prior to appointments of treatments commence.

It is vital that you always provide up-to-date information regarding your health and well-being. This includes any ongoing investigations or health concerns you may have. To facilitate this process we will ask you a number of questions during your consultation.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, such as a virus, infection, or any other contagious condition, we kindly request that you refrain from attending your scheduled appointment.

If your practitioner becomes sick or needs to cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be entitled to reschedule for free.

To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment, kindly share any essential information about your health. This includes details about health issues, injuries, medication, pregnancy, allergies, skincare concerns, or any other pertinent information that might impact your treatment with us. Your openness allows us to provide the best and most tailored care for your well-being.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of or leading up to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

We will not tolerate anyone engaging in inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to:
– Drug use
– Excessive drinking
– Harassment
– Abuse and threats.If any of these behaviours occur we will terminate your treatment immediately and no refunds will be provided.
PAYMENT
Please note: Full payment is required when booking – this is non-negotiable policy. For last-minute bookings, payment for treatments can be made over the phone or in person prior to future visits. Contactless payments can also be made at the clinic for future bookings.

Last-minute bookings can be made up to 90 minutes subject to availability before your preferred time.
As part of the booking process, you must provide payment to confirm your appointment.
